Meet John Romulus, DDS
Dr. Romulus graduated from UNC Chapel Hill from the school of dentistry. Dr. Romulus has been practicing the art of dentistry for the past 33 years. Dr. R has 3 kids, Taylor, Alec and Leah. In Dr. R’s free time he enjoys playing tennis, boating and enjoying chocolate chip cookies.

Christine “Cris” Zimmerman
Chief Operations Officer
Cris is the Chief Operations Officer for Dynamic Dental. She has been in dentistry for over 30 years; starting out as a dental hygienist and later transitioning into administration after continuing her education. She is passionate about providing the best work environment culture for her teams and providing a professional place for patients to receive optimum dental care. Cris and her husband, Mark, love to travel, spend time with their grown children, their two dogs and seeking their God given purpose.
Holly Padgett
Registered Dental Hygienist
Holly graduated from CCCC in 1994 as a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been in the dental field ever since. Holly enjoys spending time with her husband, Ivey, and son Miles and their two special doggies Abbie and Coco.
Emily Dodson
Registered Dental Hygienist
Emily is a Registered Dental Hygienist for Dynamic Dental. Emily received her license from CCCC and has been in the dental field for the past 32 years. Emily and her husband Thad have two wonderful children, Sarah and Samuel. In her free time Emily enjoys going to the beach and gardening.
Karma Baker
Dental Hygiene Lead
Karma attended CCCC for her degree as a Dental Assistant then as a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been in the field for the past 9 years. Karma is currently a Dental Hygienist at the Henderson Road location. Karma and her husband Ron enjoy spending time with their children Ryan, Cole, Bobby, Kylie, and Bryce. In the free time she has Karma enjoys crocheting and spending time with family and friends. Karma has recently stepped into a new role on the leadership team as Hygiene lead and has excelled in the new role. She cares about everyone and wants to encourage and uplift other hygienists and her team. Her patients absolutely love her!
Serena Gorbea
Regional Manager
Serena is a devoted wife and a mother of three wonderful children and has recently been promoted to Regional Manager overseeing our three offices. She began with Dynamic Dental in 2019 as our Henderson Drive Office Manager. Serena enjoys family time filled with love, laughter and peace. She also enjoys watching a good movie, traveling and shopping. Serena believes when your heart is pure & true, God has a way of making sure everything works out in your favor.
Rose Cardillo
Front Office Lead
Rose has been in dentistry for over 11 years and moved here from New York in 2020, when she joined the Dynamic Dental team. She has had many seats in the dental field and continues to grow and learn more as she advances in her career. Rose finds great fulfillment in helping others. In her free time, she loves venturing to new restaurants and enjoys spending time with her three dogs, Eli, Peanut and Delta. She transitioned from patient coordinator to front office lead and helps at all of our locations.
Leigha Campbell
Office Manager
Leigha is the Office Manager at Dynamic Dental in Supply. She moved to North Carolina from Michigan in 2022. She has worked in the healthcare field for 18 years. She is a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist and loves helping both patients and her teammates achieve their positive outcomes. She loves to spend her free time with her family at the beach or in the pool, and she is always down for a road trip to anywhere new. She also considers herself a board game fanatic.
Trevor McDonald
Dental Hygienist
Trevor has been a hygienist with the Supply office since the beginning of time. He has been a hygienist for over 20 years and his patients love him. Trevor loves spending time with his wife and best friend Ava and their daughter Leah. Trevor also spends his spare time doing photography specializing in real estate photography with his drone. Trevor has hung in there with Dynamic Dental since the takeover in 2019 and is a valued team member.
Renee Pyle
Clinical Manager
Renee has been with Dynamic Dental since 2019 when she moved here from Maryland, where she started as a dental assistant. She loves Maryland style steamed crabs, shrimp, old bay and sushi. She transitioned into being a treatment coordinator and recently has been promoted to Office Manager at our Henderson Drive location. She has been married to her husband Cory for 30 years and they have three children Cory, Chase and Olivia and two grandkids, Cory III and Delilah Grace. In Renee's spare time, they have a small farm of pigs, chickens, ducks and goats.
