Meet John Romulus, DDS
A proud graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Dr. Romulus brings over 33 years of experience to his patients. He specializes in dental implants and advanced oral surgery, delivering care with precision and compassion. Outside the office, Dr. R enjoys tennis, boating, and time with his three children—Taylor, Alec, and Leah—often with a chocolate chip cookie nearby.

Associate Dentist
Dr. Williams is a dedicated and friendly general dentist committed to providing high-quality, personalized dental care to patients of all ages. He completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Midwestern University in Arizona.
With a strong foundation in both the science and art of dentistry, Dr. Williams focuses on creating comfortable, positive dental experiences while helping patients maintain long-term oral health. He believes in building lasting relationships with patients based on trust, communication, and patient education. By staying current with the latest techniques and technology, he provides care that is both effective and tailored to each patient's unique needs—helping them achieve beautiful, lasting results.
Outside of the office, Dr. Williams enjoys spending quality time with his fiancé and their animals. He loves being outdoors and especially enjoys relaxing at the beach. New to the area, he’s excited to explore everything North Carolina has to offer—from its beautiful coastline and hiking trails to local restaurants and cultural events. He also enjoys traveling, staying active, and catching up on his favorite sports teams.
Dr. Williams is excited to be part of Dynamic Dental and looks forward to building strong relationships with his patients and the local community.

Christine “Cris” Zimmerman
Chief Operations Officer
Cris is the Chief Operations Officer for Dynamic Dental. She has been in dentistry for over 30 years; starting out as a dental hygienist and later transitioning into administration after continuing her education. She is passionate about providing the best work environment culture for her teams and providing a professional place for patients to receive optimum dental care. Cris and her husband, Mark, love to travel, spend time with their grown children, their two dogs and seeking their God given purpose.
Serena Gorbea
Regional Manager
Serena is a devoted wife and a mother of three wonderful children and has recently been promoted to Regional Manager overseeing our three offices. She began with Dynamic Dental in 2019 as our Henderson Drive Office Manager. Serena enjoys family time filled with love, laughter and peace. She also enjoys watching a good movie, traveling and shopping. Serena believes when your heart is pure & true, God has a way of making sure everything works out in your favor.
Rose Cardillo
Insurance Coordinator
Rose has been in dentistry for over 11 years and moved here from New York in 2020, when she joined the Dynamic Dental team. She has had many seats in the dental field and continues to grow and learn more as she advances in her career. Rose finds great fulfillment in helping others. In her free time, she loves venturing to new restaurants and enjoys spending time with her three dogs, Eli, Peanut and Delta. She transitioned from patient coordinator to front office lead and helps at all of our locations.
Amy Elliot
Office Manager
Amy serves as the Office Manager at our Supply location, having relocated from Marion, NC in 2022. With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, she specializes in orthodontics, general dentistry, and pediatrics. Married to her husband Zak for three years, Amy is a dedicated mother to Emily and Leah, and she enjoys being a grandmother to her first grandchild, Parker. In her leisure time, she loves visiting the beach and reading. Amy is passionate about building relationships with our patients and is committed to ensuring that everyone who visits our office feels like family.
Renee Pyle
Lab Manager
Renee has been with Dynamic Dental since 2019 when she moved here from Maryland, where she started as a dental assistant. She loves Maryland style steamed crabs, shrimp, old bay and sushi. She transitioned into being a treatment coordinator and recently has been promoted to Lab Manager at our Henderson Drive location. She has been married to her husband Cory for 30 years and they have three children Cory, Chase and Olivia and two grandkids, Cory III and Delilah Grace. In Renee's spare time, they have a small farm of pigs, chickens, ducks and goats.
